Unlock conditions - Beat Hakuboshi and Wendy's arcade modes, obtain the achivement: "Totally not Lovers!"
Combatant name: Jehanne Tarc/Joan of Arc
Creator: Joan of Arc (public domain),
Voice Actor: Laura Bailey (Tier Harribel, Bleach)
Theme song: Borderlands – Mami Kawada
Bio: The chosen peasant woman who led France to victory and as such, betrayed and burnt alive. A Saint and major figure of Christianity, an incident in the space-time continuum shattered the scene. Interference by Wendy caused Joan to disappear from history, leaving her to still be a Saint but at the same time, ruining her chance to die. Confused at the wide difference of time; the former peasant adjusted to her new life with her… great-great-great-great-great-great-great-niece and would join her on the Cosmic Council where she would work as the custodian and baker.
When the Council is turned on it’s head, Joan herself must prepare to get her hands dirty and fight, not for her beliefs; but for her safety. A fish out of water, would Joan adjust to the modern tech and powers with her own Holy Powers? Well, only a DEATH BATTLE would put that to the test!
Weapon: Flag, shield, short sword

Moveset
Special Moves
Holy Barrier – Joan creates a transparent barrier for protection, said barrier will be sent forward at quick speed and can reflect any projectile with the exception of supers. It can be blocked or dodged
Can Opener – Joan spins in the air and swings her shortsword at the opponent, especially useful during combos
Flag Defense – Joan waves her flag in a circle rapidly. The oncoming gust arounds her shielding her from projectiles and attackers while repelling them. The attack can be interrupted by a super or well timed strike from above
A gift from Heaven – Joan summons forth a Holy Weapon, depending on the weapon, she performs a different animation:
*Grenade – Creates a blinding light to disorient the enemy if they don’t block
*Pistol – Stuns enemies in place for a few seconds
*Firework Launcher – Juggles the enemy with four blasts of fireworks, allowing Joan to attack
Holy Explosion – Joan causes an explosion just in front of her, the enemy being sent away from her if they’re too close to the blast.
Holy Arrows – Joan picks up a crossbow and fires in separate directions.
*L – Forward
*M – Behind her, the arrow flies in the background then attacks from behind
*H – Anti-air
The Rune of Gabriel – Joan makes a prayer gesture and runs back. Depending on the button, a rune trap will spark for an instant and trap the enemy if they get too close for four seconds, allowing Joan to attack
Haley’s Comet – Joan tosses her sword into the air and swings her flag. If the flag connects, it’ll stun the enemy long enough for the sword to crash down like a javelin
Ultimate Move
Forgive me, for I have sinned – Joan rams into the enemy with her shield, if it connects, she’ll stun them long enough and crouches down, announcing forgiveness as she slashes at the enemy’s neck. As she does; the screen turns to static with black blood splatter then returns to normal with the enemy stumbling down and Joan cleaning the sword

With a couple of shout outs to Deadliest Warrior and the Amelia Earhart: Fearless Flyer series, Joan's moveset is based around a mix of medium ranged and keep-aways. As such, she has a few chances of close attacks thanks to her flag but is safer at a distance. However, she hits somewhat harder when she uses a sword in comparison.
